- ARTISTS' LIMITED EDITIONS -

The Pretty Taxing Artists Edition comprises of a certificate of authenticity and a circular artwork which are both hand numbered with their edition number. The specially designed packaging is also hand numbered on the outside and the circular artwork comes inserted into the Pretty Taxing plastic tax disc holder along with a fake tax disc on the front.

The certificate and circular artwork are printed onto the highest grade, archival quality 100% cotton rag Somerset art paper using light fast, high density inks to ensure a vibrant and lasting reproduction. Gavin Turk’s ‘Blue Heritage Plaque’, while still a collectible artwork, is sold as an unlimited edition at the artist's request.

- GENERAL INFORMATION-
All Pretty Taxing products comprise of a bespoke transparent plastic tax disc holder with a circular printed artwork slotted inside by hand. They are produced in this way rather than printed straight onto the vinyl to ensure highest standards of image reproduction, clarity, colour vibrancy and durability.

Pretty Taxing tax disc holders stick to any glass surface, so you can display more than one Pretty Taxing artwork on your window at home or glass doors. Pretty Taxing will launch new editions of tax disc holders by leading artists and on a regular basis so that our customers can build their own in-car art collection. Occasionally we will produce other special signed and limited editioned pieces.

The Pretty Taxing artwork is designed to face into the the car so when installing it, first place your valid tax disc in the holder behind the artwork facing towards the backing paper – so back to back with the artwork. Ensure that your windscreen is clean and ideally warmed using the in-car blower before removing the backing and sticking the self-cling vinyl firmly to the windscreen. 1. Buying a Pretty Taxing Product/s (the ‘Product/s/)
To order a Product/s you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our order page. Details of our prices for the Product/s, use of the Product, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website. Any times or dates stated on our website for delivery are estimates only. We will make all reasonable effort to deliver the Product/s within the time specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time. You must pay by credit card and or debit card at the time of order. The prices are exclusive of delivery costs and applicable taxes. We will be entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Product/s will be correct, that the credit or debit card, which you use is your own, that you are over 18 and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card before providing you with any goods or services.

2. Use of the Product/s - Warning
The Pretty Taxing tax disc holder is a bespoke product designed for actual use in your car. It is important that the application instructions contained in each product and followed to ensure good ‘stick’ to the car windscreen.

3. Returns
You may return any Product/s you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including e-mail) within those 7 working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Product/s to us. While in your possession, you must keep any Product/s you intend to return to us in good condition. If the returned Product/s are not in good condition on their return we reserve the right to refuse the payment of a refund. If you have any complaints, or wish to send a legal notice you should direct them to us via e-mail only at prettytax@artcarbootfair.com

4. Unsuccesful delivery
We can not offer a refund if the purchaser has given us an incorrect delivery address. On receipt of the correct address, we will forward any items that are returned to us.

5. Liability
We promise that for any Product/s you purchase from our website, we have the right to sell the Product/s to you; the Product/s will correspond with the description we have given to you; and the Product/s will be of satisfactory quality. We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to any Product/s (including without limitation the Product/s), our website or any information or service provided through our website to the fullest extent permitted by law.
