Are you having trouble purchasing from us? From time to time, customers have problems with the payment process/checkout. At the moment Paypal is our only payment intermediary service. Please note you do NOT need to log in to Paypal or be a Paypal member to pay trough them.

As you enter the payment stage, it's important that you read carefully. See the image (screen grab) of Paypal's page below. The red circle shows where you should click if you wish to pay by credit card only (and not log in as a Paypal member). It's also important that the right hand site of the page (blue text) where it says LOGIN is left empty without any email address. This field is only for customers who are already Paypal members.

If you have been a Paypal member in the past, and wish to pay by credit card, make sure the email field to the right is empty. Sometimes sites remember email addresses.

It's not necessary, but if you want our specific order number (and not just Paypal's receipt number), you must, on the last payment page (where it states that 'your order has successfully been placed') make sure you press the orange button named 'RETURN TO PRETTY TAXING'. You will then receive our Pretty Taxing order number.
