Vauxhall has sponsored the Art Car Boot Fair since its first incarnation on Brighton’s West pier in 2003. Since then their commitment has gone from strength-to-strength by supporting the 2004, 2006 and 2007 Art Car Boot Fairs events in Brick Lane via artist commissions and supplying boots galore for artists to sell their wares. With an ongoing commitment to championing style and design in the UK, Vauxhall is a keen supporter of creativity through initiatives such as the Art Car Boot Fair and the Vauxhall VX collective.

The artist commissions supported by Vauxhall have included: Gavin Turk, Bob and Roberta Smith, Abigail Lane and Showroom Dummies, Richard Clegg, Ian Dawson, Lucia Helenka, Spaced Out, Sarah Baker, Cedric Christie, Fashion East, The Whoopee Club, Mat Collishaw, Literary Salon, Peter Blake, Ian Monroe, Anthony Gross & Jen Wu, Scrawl Collective and MisLed.
