Anne McCloy
Anne McCloy is a London-based interdisciplinary artist who works across painting, drawing, film, performance, fashion and music. McCloy studied Fashion Design at Central Saint Martins, graduating with a First Class BA (Hons), before completing an MFA in Fine Art with Distinction at Goldsmiths, University of London.
Her early work developed alongside London’s underground music and creative scenes, with a particular connection to the experimental and DIY culture of East London. Her return to fine art through Goldsmiths led to a renewed focus on painting, drawing, film and performance. In 2023 she was selected for New Contemporaries, recognising her within a new generation of contemporary artists. She has exhibited internationally.
Anne McCloy returns to the Art Car Boot with editions of her original Some Product artworks and collaborations in addition to a new zine publication on imprint Ab Ovo Magica with photographer Amelia Troubridge.
