Cece Philips (b. 1996, London, UK) is a self-taught visual artist based in London drawn to large scale figurative works.
Following a degree in History, Philips did an art course in Florence before spending two years in the advertising industry. Leaving her job to pursue painting full time in Spring 2020, she had her debut solo exhibition I See in Colour at HOME by Ronan McKenzie in April 2021. Selected shows since have included ING Discerning Eye at the Mall Galleries, 2021; Mother of Mankind at HOFA Gallery & ADA Contemporary, 2021; At Peace, Gillian Jason 2021, and her first international solo show, Memories of the Future, at Post Gallery Zurich, October 2021. Philips will be starting the Painting MA at Royal College of Art in September 2022.
