Henry Ward is a painter, living and working in London. He was shortlisted for the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize in 2018, 2019 and 2022 and was included in the BEEP Painting Biannual in both 2020 and 2022 and the inaugural Football Art Prize 2022.

The first substantial publication on his work, “Shed Paintings – Henry Ward”, about the paintings on paper he made in his shed during the first six months of lockdown in 2020, was published in early 2021. In 2023 he will be artist in residence at The Albers Foundation in Connecticut, USA.
