Jessica Voorsanger is a multimedia artist who explores popular culture, in particular ‘celebrity’, through obsession, fans and media representation; using a range of media, including painting, photography, performance and film. In recent years she has been focussing on making watercolour portraits of TV characters and artists amongst others. Voorsanger often has the TV on while she is working, sewing, drawing etc. Lockdown was no exception..... During Lockdown some of the shows she watched were: watched Mad Men, The AO, Futureman, Schitt’s Creek, Supernatural, Girls, Star Trek (TOS), Picard, Hunters, Queer Eye, Killing Eve, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Good Fight, Upload, Outlander, Westworld, amongst others.
