Rachel Howard is a British artist who lives and works in UK. Although primarily known as a painter, photography has long been an important part of her practice, a quotidian part of her life, like drawing, photography, most specifically polaroids act as a diary, notes, missives and prompts to herself.
For the first time a selection from her archive is available exclusively for the Art Car Boot Fair. Familiar images of Howard's oeuvre recur - the dog, flowers, cats, domestic patterns and 'The Walkway' she has painted, drawn and walked for over a decade.
This year she has a solo exhibition at Simon Lee Gallery, London, and in group exhibitions in Valencia, Mallorca, London and Rome.
