Vibrant and intriguing, there are only two in each of eight colour ways - eight will be available online and eight will be available at the live event. For sale on the day at a much reduced price of just £1200 (from £2000) this is a great chance to own a stand out piece from this much sought after artist.
Star shoe designer and maker Tracey Neuls has taken the iconic pool slide and stripped it bare of all fashion connotations, branding and social status and what remains is that classic, recognisable silhouette. These are the ‘Duchamp’ of slides! Like found objects, crafted by skilled shoe makers and available in Electric blue and Neon yellow - and totally vegan to boot! Normally £200 these super-cool slides will be on sale for just £100 on Saturday.
or…the big bang reduced to the size of an enlarged synaptic spark in this new series of sculptures created especially for the Art Car Boot Fair. At only £150-£200 the start of everything is suddenly within the reach of everyone! Paul will also be live painting brain nerves on watercolour paper on Saturday. Mind blowing!
Mentors and artists Ian Dawson and Nicky Hirst have brought together 15 sculptors from the newly established MASS sculpture school, set up by Marcus Harvey and Helen Hayward - founders of the hugely successful TURPS painting school. Each sculptor has created a very limited edition of two pieces each, and they have all been created to fit into a 15x15x8cm presentation box. A great chance too add some shape and form to your art collection!
