Navigating Draumaland

The troubled mind appears as if in serene peace; a facial countenance that belies the storm within. The mighty ship represents the restless wanderings of the psyche, continually probing for paths untravelled, circumstances unexplored. A displaced heart and stomach churn with tightened emotion; the cloud’s cooling breath is a respite from the turmoil, and softened by nature’s blue light. A geometric puzzle pulls at the logical mind, while representations of the natural world, the giraffe and dragonfly, symbolise the sometimes long distance between the heart and head. Tentative hands lend their healing touch, a restorative link to connection, communication and care.
