- Times were tough for Pepijn, one of the last traditional Clog makers in Holland. No one seemed to want his beautiful handmade shoes anymore, instead, they were all wearing these awful 'Crocs'. So Pepjin made a decision, if you can't beat them, join them, and began hand-carving Crocs instead. Since then, he's never looked back and is now the Netherland's primary carver of Crocs! Who said an old dog couldn't learn new tricks?
