The women of Florence were sick of the prescribed roles enforced upon them by thousands of years of patriarchal rule. So they held a WI fund-raiser and managed to get enough cash together to pay for a 'Fuck The Patriarchy' banner to be flown above the town for the next week. And although it didn't change anything, it made them feel so much better, and it infuriated the Pope, which was good.
This pretty 'Fuck The Patriarchy' vintage plate will look super displayed on your mid-century G-Plan sideboard and would make the perfect gift for any human who agrees with equality for all.
